Agreement

By downloading, installing or using RITill (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by RareIntelligence (“we”, “us”).

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RITill for your legitimate shop operations in line with these Terms and applicable law. You may not reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App or our services except as the law allows.

Accounts and shops

Shop Admins are responsible for their Admin credentials, employee accounts, override PINs, and who may access the shop. Keep credentials confidential and disable access promptly when staff leave. You are responsible for activity under your shop.

Your business data, tax and compliance

You (the shop) own and are solely responsible for your catalog, prices, sales, customer records, receipts, tax settings, and compliance with local tax, invoicing, consumer, labor and record-keeping laws. RITill is a software tool. It does not give tax, legal or accounting advice. Check totals, tax and reports before you rely on them.

Payments and tender marks

RITill records tenders such as Cash, Credit and optional Other marks for shop bookkeeping. We are not a payment processor, acquiring bank or card network. “Credit” and “Other” marks do not mean RITill charges cards or wallets for you. Card or wallet payments happen outside the App, and you remain responsible for them.

AI features

The in-app assistant is for the shop Admin, on Free and on PLUS. Chats, voice recordings and photos go through our Cloud Function to Google Gemini. Replies and drafts can be wrong. A draft does not post a sale, a purchase, stock or a supplier order until you confirm it in the app. You remain responsible for what you confirm and for your dealings with customers.

PLUS and in-app purchases

PLUS is an optional shop-wide subscription through Google Play. The listed price is 19.99 US dollars per month, and Google Play shows the price in the buyer’s local currency at checkout. The subscription renews until the shop owner cancels it in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play’s rules. Employees do not manage billing. We do not receive the full payment card number.

Acceptable use

You may not use RITill for unlawful activity, to infringe others’ rights, to attack or overload our systems, or to upload malware or abusive content. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, or non-payment of applicable fees.

Intellectual property

RITill, its branding and the underlying software are owned by RareIntelligence or its licensors. Your shop content remains yours. Feedback you send may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAREINTELLIGENCE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SALES, LOST DATA, TAX PENALTIES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR PLUS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD 50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits. In those cases liability is limited to the fullest extent allowed.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify RareIntelligence against claims arising from your shop data, tax or compliance failures, misuse of the App, employee actions, or disputes with your customers, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the service. The liability, indemnity and intellectual property sections continue after termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Lebanese Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise. Courts in Beirut, Lebanon, have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have.

Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them, where the law permits.
